Hi There,

I'm Sam

A personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and soft tissue therapist helping busy women feel stronger, move better, and live pain-free.

I live in Hove with my husband - Dan and 2 amazing your girls - Grace & Sophia. My studio is also in Hove.

I moved down here in 2015 and love being in nature, close to both the beach and South Downs.

How it all started...

My journey into fitness began when I realised I needed a change. In my early twenties, I didn’t lead a very active or healthy lifestyle and often struggled with back aches. Everything shifted when I joined a local Pilates class, started walking more, and began eating better. Those small changes helped me thrive through my thirties and forties.

I first stepped into a gym in my thirties and instantly loved the feeling of moving my body and building strength. That passion grew into a career as a personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and soft tissue therapist, and even led me to spend two years exploring calisthenics

As my career has progressed, I’ve also become a mum to two wonderful children and am now navigating perimenopause. Both of these life stages have inspired me to deepen my knowledge in women’s health, particularly in pre and postnatal fitness, menopause, and pelvic floor health. This has allowed me to support women through every stage of life, helping them feel confident, strong, and empowered in their bodies.

Some fun facts about me...

I didn’t start lifting weights until my thirties. It is the one exercise I find quite easy.

I’m a mum of two, which means I’ve mastered the art of fitting workouts into real life. All part of having to multi- task now!

In my early 20s I worked in the horse industry. From the age of 11 I was fortunate to have my own ponies & horses, until I moved to Hove in 2015.

I love walking in nature, sometimes with friends, sometimes in peaceful silence.

I don’t drink coffee — I know, shocking! Lots of water for me and the occasional alcoholic drink or coke.

You are more likely to find me curled up reading than watching TV.

If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you. Whether you’re looking for support with movement, strength, or simply feeling more at ease in your body, get in touch and let’s chat about how I can help.”
