Weekly pilates & strength

Small, supportive group sessions. Move with purpose and feel the difference in your body. Pilates helps you lengthen, control, and build a stable core, while strength training focuses on creating a stronger body for everyday movements. Together, they help you move better, feel balanced, and build lasting confidence in your body.

DAILY WORKOUTS

Online 15-Minute Daily Workouts

Quick, effective sessions to keep you moving and feeling amazing, even on your busiest days. Perfect for busy mums and women who want to stay consistent without spending hours training.

SOFT TISSUE THERAPY (AT MINE OR LOCAL LOCATION)

This is a clinical and remedial approach designed to help you move and feel better. Each session begins with a consultation and assessment to identify any imbalances, weaknesses, or areas of tension. From there, we’ll create a tailored plan that may include massage, targeted soft tissue release, and corrective exercises to support your recovery and long-term movement health.

AdIt has been brilliant doing personal training sessions with Sam. She personalises every session and encourages you to do your best. She has intensively helped me improve my form. Sam makes sure to check on you even after the session and provides flexibility. Highly recommend her for PT sessions and Pilates!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Do I need to be fit to start?
Not at all! Every session is tailored to your current level and goals, so we’ll start where you are and build from there.

What should I bring to my first session?
Just comfortable clothes, a bottle of water, and a positive attitude. I’ll take care of the rest.

Can I train with a friend?
Yes, I offer 2:1 sessions if you’d like to train with a friend or partner.

CLASSES

Do I need experience to join?
No experience needed. I’ll guide you through each movement and offer modifications so you can work at your own pace.

What should I wear or bring?
Wear something you can move comfortably in, and bring some water with you.

What’s the difference between Pilates and Strength classes?
Pilates focuses on lengthening, control, and building a stable core, while strength training helps you build a stronger body for everyday movements.

ONLINE 15 MIN DAILY WORKOUTS

Do I need any equipment?
You certainly do the sessions without. For the strength you can use some weights if you wish.

How do I access the workouts?
You’ll receive a daily email at 6am and it is added to WhatsApp and Facebook

What if I miss a day?
No problem! You can catch up whenever it suits you. The goal is consistency, not perfection.

What happens in my first session?
We’ll start with a consultation and assessment to identify any imbalances or areas of tension before beginning treatment.

Is it painful?
Some techniques can feel intense, but I’ll always work within your comfort level and explain everything as we go.

What should I wear?
Loose, comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being treated is ideal. If you are happy in just underwear we use towel management to keep you covered.
